    Smoked paneer 65, charred pineapple, mint-coriander chutney.

    Tomato-rasam shot, curry leaf foam.

    Aloo tikki, white pea ragda, yoghurt pearls, tamarind reduction.

    Whole mushroom kalimirch, table-side carved with truffle oil.
